Preparing for Your Tutoring Session
- Winning With Numbers has done all the hard work and will save you time! You will be provided with the full WWN curriculum which includes 300 WINS for the children to learn.
- You will have access to the Blended Learning Planning Page for all 300 WINS to ensure you have everything you need to deliver a high-quality session.
- This includes Be the Expert videos. These videos are short and will give you an overview of each WIN to ensure your own subject knowledge is in place before the session.
During Your Tutoring Session
- The Blended Learning Planning Page for each WIN will provide you with a Teach Me video that can be used during the session. These are approximately 5 minutes long and can support you in delivering the key points.
- Teach Me videos lead straight into Goal videos. These shorter videos take a smaller learning point from the overall WIN and model precisely to the child how they can complete the task that will follow.
- After the direct teaching part of your session, your tutees can move onto the online questions which are identical to the ones modelled in the teaching videos.
- The answers given by the child will feed straight into your database so you are able to support exactly where needed.
After Your Tutoring Session
- The platform tracks progress to clearly show you the position of learners along the straight-line learning journey.
- Your tutee and their parents will also be able to see where they are on their journey and celebrate this using their individual Score Card.
- Between sessions your tutees have daily access to progressive videos and questions.
- They can also make use of the Remind Me feature if they need extra support.
- You will be able to immediately see where your tutee is on their journey and target your next session accordingly.

Schools can access the Winning With Numbers learning platform by purchasing platform seats for their learners. This annual subscription provides all staff with unlimited access to every resource. It provides all learners (and parents) with online access to the teaching videos and online questions with responsive feedback. It also gives the school inbuilt assessment and tracking information.
