Overcoming Barriers to Primary Maths - Wednesday 10th July 3:45pm - 4:30pm

We all know literacy and numeracy skills improve the life chances of our young people. However, a significant proportion of children are not at the expected standard in maths on reaching secondary school. This should not sit well with us and it does not need to be this way.

Ben Harding is an experienced Headteacher, inspector and maths specialist. In this session he will identify some reasons for this concerning issue and look to share research and practical solutions about how it can be addressed in your school.
